The universe is NOT Fine-ite. It is inFine-ite. This, however, does not detract from the fact that there are natural forms that our human senses perceive as "fine".
The Kinkadian Vortex of Cosmic Mucus is but one epoch in the universe's timeline, ... a branching, as it were, from an indeterminate multitude of universes, each with a different color of mucus for a different color of Kinkade, ... where some of those Kinkadian mucus cloths harbor kinky goth beauties engaging in questionable activities, rather than warm, fuzzy lights of sentimental cabins where mom and pop are baking apple pies for their innocent young kiddies.
