I know that some of you are aware of TalentDatabase.com but I'm not sure if all of you are or not. It's basically a content rich web resource for artists where you can place examples of your work, list a bio, network with other artists and more. I've had my account for a little over a year I think. Actually, it's somewhat similar to dart but with more pizazz. Clearly, I use both and am certainly not advocating one over the other, I just like having more than one online venue for promotion and networking. One compelling aspect of "the DB" is that they have "channels" for all aspects of creative workings, i.e. - photography, film, writing, theatre, digital design, and many more. You can check out my page here.

If you are on TDB, or set up a listing (free of course), let's bookmark each other. That's how the networking starts. I turned one artist (Alan Rushing - who's work I was particularly fond of) onto a gallery that shows my work in Baltimore. I know he's taken part in a least 2 exhibits there since. So, networking can work sometimes.
