i use 3m # 77 spray glue ----- other than the wonderous mind melt from huffing it it works well but experiment on other paper of the same kind ( this is the same stuff you buy in art stores for 1/3 the price ..... thin coats on the applyed piece and the the piece its going on ------light touch-very light ...wait till it gets tacky and there you go --no bubbles or warp....make sure you put some even weight on the surface and it won't wrinkle.

WARNING WARNING do not try that polymer glue =it expands and NOTHING known in the universe will take the junk off your hands-it has to just go away on its own weeks later.

the 3M stuff even works with cheesy computer paper without rippling but use a tiny amount cause if not it will bleed thru .it also works as a dandy 80s type hair gel with practice ??????
