I have a art piece I wish to lear more about. I got it with the house.
It says Franklin on the back, which I understand was bought out by Peterson. I think the artist name is Rafael? It is of Oriental or Egyptian Nature with a man lying down holding/kissing a woman with a white cat in the foreground.
I like the frame not the art and am considering removing the art piece inside to replace it with a picture I like. However, if there is value to this, I do not wish to destroy it.
Any help would be appreciated.
