I paint mostly large scale oil paintings of urban nightlife. My scenes are extremely painterly and full of energy and vibrant color. I aim to capture the seductive and mysterious qualities of the city at night. Through bold application of paint as well as soft glazing I transform the surface of the canvas into a vigorous visual experience.
