I work for a home builder. I'm the gardener at his estate. There are four model (spec) homes at the main office location in a row and I'm going to landscape them for the company.
My question is, what colors are ones that would put a potential home buyer in the buying mood. Like a go ahead and do it mood. Or a mood that would take away any inhibitions about the big jump of building a family home.
I've been sitting here designing the landscape plan and I'm pretty sure I know which plants to use but the color thought popped up in my head and it posed the question. Which colors is going to affect the buyer and how will they affect him.
For foundation plant color, I'm using Encore azaleas. Which color do ya'll recommend?...jim
