What I know about John Kelly. He was comissioned by the Preident of the United States, Jimmy Carter, to paint the tall ships coming into New York harbor in 1976. He is also a member of the Tijuana Brass musical group. I purchased two of his lithographs called, The Tall Ship and Libertad somewhere in the late 1970's or early 80's. I have had a dificult time as well finding any information on him and his works. I believe at one time he had a gallery in Long Beach, California. I would love to find out more infomation on him and the value of my lithographs. I am having someone do a search for me and will post any additional infomation I may find. Thanks for any help you can offer.
