I am "Baja" the person who seems to have started all these wonderful messages. My painting is an oil on stretched canvas which I bought at the Lahina Gallery in Maui. The painting is roughly 18 x 16. I have attached a picture for you to see. I have a brochure the gallery was handing out with the painting. I do not know the name of the painting. I see many people are giving numbers on the back of their paintings. I will have to take mine down and look for something. Is there a site where you have compiled pictures that people havesent you of their pieces? It would be interesting to see other pieces of his work. I bought my piece because of your Dad's spectacular use of color in the sunrise/sunset. The gallery took me to a dark room and used a reostate to show how depending on the light it could be either sunrise or sunset, or high noon with a bright sky. I found the technique so fasinating.
I regret that I have never checked back with this site until now, all these years later. I am still interested in any information about the painting which you might have. Also if there are any gallerys which still sell pieces.
