Art Messenger – Coexistence of various view points makes lives better!

You wanting to share beauties, You wanting various values to live tighter and You wanting to express your own thoughts are the ones who would be our project participants.
Dear Art lovers, Hello. We, Art Messenger are here to enjoy visual art contents with you. We hope various view points could be respected through visual art. For this, we picked up artists among the applicants in public way and we are supporting them with all possible communication methods such as international web-ad in guest boards, back ground music for their exhibitions, critical arguments in various language versions. Before international cooperation, we worked with Korean artists.
How were they selected?
The artist selection rule is brand new. 10 recommenders with different majors notified their aesthetic standards before the contest. Then the artists who agreed to them applied. Artist¡¯s education and career were ignored. Figurative beauties of works, philosophy of the artists, analytic ability for their works and veracity of the artists are examined by their application.
As a result, we chose twelve artists. Then, their representing works, one item and their view points to the art were exposed to the general web sites. The questionnaire in web sites from May 20th to June 6th involves 264 opinions. Based on this statistics, the favors according to different occupations are the followings:
Kuimi You from students, artists and the professionals,
Banseog Kim from teachers and public officials,
Hoseong Kang from office worker and
Ju Hyun Park from housewives.
This competition rule was aimed to give the opportunity of expressions about art to people who have various backgrounds and to share different aesthetic values and view points through their opinions, which is coincident with the contemporary key words, openness, participation and harmony.
What is Art Messenger?
We, Art Messenger want to be media getting over the countries and races with the visual arts allowing the variety of the values. Besides, we hope new values would be created by understanding the differences between individuals and groups. We hope you would be your own Art Messengers by sharing our contents within your web communities. As a result, you could find the positive reactions of the diversities. About the end of July , Ju Hyun Park¡¯s art works would be served in your community.
