June 23, 1789 a publisher and a lawyer conspired and nearly copied word for word the statute of Anne from Britain and established the immoral license to sue for copying another's work.

April 1, 1790 was its first complete day as a lawyer and publisher April  Fools hoax.
It has been called "copyrite" although it does not recognize any right.
Even its name is a hoax that involves the rite of copying and recognizes not a single right.

I am angry and hope to finally see it found to be unconstitutional as well as holding the FCC responsible for malfeasance for not regulating national and international publication by wire.

Pornography is broadcast by wire 24/7 by every search engine and I have sued them all for broadcasting my pornography to my children.

5:09-cv-05151 or 5:2009-cv-05151 is the docket of my case that I have posted for free.

If you are an American artist the resolution will affect you if they do not throw the case out since "copyrites" were first created by a lawyer and publisher and have NOTHING to do with moral rights.
