While in the Canada in the province of Ontarior the Barbaric pot laws were ruled unconstitutional idiots south of the border went into an emergency supreme court ruling procedure (with one desent and one abstention--- Only Justice John Paul Stevens dissented. He said the government "has failed
to demonstrate that the denial of necessary medicine to seriously ill and
dying patients will advance the public interest or that the failure to
enjoin the distribution of such medicine will impair the orderly enforcement
of federal criminal statutes."
and is now followed with the below ingornant attempt to hide thier actual intent on murdering more medically disable citizens.
