You probably have something by Maurice Utrillo. He was a very well known etcher and engraver. You may have a reproduction, but its less likely since his name isn't as familiar as say, Picasso. There are clues as to whether it might be an etching. Check for an impression mark. You should see a square depression in the margins of the print. What kind of paper is it on?
