I have considered learning programming, but my desire to do so isn't strong enough.

I am at an intermediate level with HTML. In order to learn everything that is needed to learn, I would need a very strong desire and committment.

But a lot of money can be made from web design -- I've seen some classifieds offering designers starting salaries of 75K.
