Just build yourself a web site and "publish" the comic book electronically once a month, or however often you put it out. You can get a web site with your own domain name (like trashmasta.com) for about $10 a month. There are also plenty of "free" web sites (GeoCities, Homestead, etc), if you can live without your own domain name. Once you set up your site (or get someone to do it for you), you could scan in your comic pages and upload them to your site. Bing, they're published.
