Can contract work be done out of state? I live in TX. Was commercial art major at Texas Tech in Lubbock,TX, Adv.Mgr. for retail stores there and in San Angelo. Have fine art on line under my name at this address. Do limited computer graphics. Have scanner,printer,HP Pavilion w/Windows 98. Have Adobe Photo Shop and Corel Draw.
