I am searching for information on the use of feathers in artwork. My client is working on endangered spiecies sculptures and would like to incorporate feathers into her work. I have heard there are many regulations regarding the use of feathers. Is anyone aware of a website containing more details on this subject? I found the Native Tech site, which details laws regarding use of feathers for the religious purposes of Native Americans. However, I found nothing on the Web relating to feathers in art.
