150% OF MARKET VALUE
Under our policy, you are able to receive a claim payment for more than the insured limit. Suppose your oil painting is insured for $10,000. In the event of a total loss, most insurance companies will never pay more than the limit of $10,000. Our policy is different; if $10,000 is less than the Fair Market Value of the painting, they will pay up to 150% of the limit.
CASH SETTLEMENT OPTION
At your option, you may decide to receive cash for your claim, unlike most companies which require you to first repair or replace your cultural property.
RELAXED APPRAISAL REQUIREMENTS
Most insurance companies require you to submit expensive appraisals on each item over $2,500. Our policy eliminates this inconvenience by requiring appraisals on items predominantly over $75,000.
BLANKET SCHEDULE OPTION
We make your record-keeping even easier with a generous $10,000 per item blanket. This means you no longer have to report each addition and subtraction to your collection, as long as each item is under $10,000. Most insurance companies insist you report each item over $2,500.
