Is in my family (in Colombia) since 1962. I am sure is authentic, but...I want to obtain a reliable "Certificate of Authenticity" before put it on sale, so I'm looking for the raight place.
Where? London? Exist an official foundation that could certify a W.CH. painting? Should I look for "appraisal services" in London? Which firm?
