Hi,
Can anyone tell me if they know of any special places in the U.S.A. someplace warm preferably, like near a beach ;o)( i can dream can't I ? ) where there is special low income apt.'s just for artist's? I've been trying for years to find one here in CT but the few there are are either filled to capacity or get taken over by private investor's and the rents are then raised through the roof so that the artists have to all clump together in 1 apt. to afford to stay there! I'd be interested if anyone has found anything really decent geared towards someone who is just starting out with their art career? I'm a bit of a hermit due to health problems so I don't get out to discuss this with any other artists. I'd really appreciate some info. about places I can look into.
