I was being facetious. I recognize a proper piper's kilt when I see one, and BTW, the men playing pib uilleann, were Irish. While there were many Scottish pipers in the crowd, they had to keep their pants on.
I thought the utilikilt site was very funny.
Lad, the only time anything is worn under a kilt, is when performing on stage. Even in the cold...you must grin and bare it.
