I am an artist with a photo quality giclee printer that will print up to 13"x44". You need a file 25-50 MB for a 11x16 or so. The final output should be at size a 200-300 ppi file. I can print these for you on Arches 90# Hot Press Watercolor paper(that's what I use) at $35 for one to $20 each for a hundred +. I supply archival ink and the paper. You supply the art on CD or ZIP Drive. If you're interested let me know.
