Six some years now my own mother is in a nursing home. Much can me said for those families that stick together in hard times. My father has very rarely not been at her side daily. This xmas was a treat in that the doctors located a med which halted the intense tremors, eliminated pain, and even allowed a happy face. Short term memories may be shot, but long term function mercifully remains. Lifes a hard road, but trully blessed are those willing to travel it with their loved ones.
