I've spent a lot of time freaking out about my mortality...never wanting to die etc (would luv to be around forever) but... from 2000 to 2001 I lost 8 people in my life (family and the closest of friends) - was even the MC at my nephew's funeral who was only 26 when he died. I have been bedside to 3 of my closet friends (in the last 8 months) as they passed away and I although I miss them (which is about my emotional needs) the idea about dying no longer worries me - I suppose having lost so many people you become a bit dumb to such finality.
This is why I dedicated my latest series of work to the topic... "Death"
as they say, "Life goes on"
