I am brought to the shore
at dawning, breathe softly,
alight in colors borrowed
from the sea.

I feel the waters edge
glisten under a pale sun
reflected in the soft
tides of morning.

I wake to sunrise
sunset and waterfalls
lighting in colors
another rainy day.

for all of the colors
