I have a painting (?) that has been in my family for at least 75 years. It is a portrait of Rembrandt's Dr. Tulp. It looks like oil to me, but one person has told me that it could be a print. Were prints made that long ago? Where would be the best place to have the artwork evaluated? Thanks.
