Ball Point Pen Art was started in 1968 when I was drawing with the ballpoint pen on a regular bases. That was some 34 years ago as I look back at it, from here today. Art never was very important to most of the people around me in daily life. People wanted a mate and money.
Three years ago I ran across the Internet and therefore the domain names. I looked up ballpointpenart and nothing even turned up. There was never even such a topic listed at any time before. Next, I went to the search engines and started looking up ballpointpenart. There was no art programs, organizations, message boards, art forums any thing mentioning this topic.
If you looked at the artists there where a handful using the ballpoint pen among other mediums. Of those found, no color, compositions, programs, prices and very few pictures were posted. When I looked back in my life and saw their art of today, I knew I did what they do 30 years ago. It bothered me something so very important in my life for the past 31 years was of almost left unnoticed. Most search engines had zero returns on their search replys.
Today is a differnt subject here on the Internet. I arrived and set up a Ball Point Pen Art program after 31 years of drawing. I bought the domain names ballpointpenart.com & ballpointpenart.net and set up some communities and sites. It was great and I was loving it. The best tool the small buisness man could use in all of history, the Internet. Was now at my finger tips. It was almost impossible any artist already here didn't jump on the idea. Nobody looked at Ball Point Pen Art as a new Art Medium.
Ball Point Pen Art is a New American Folk Art founded and exported from here in the United States of America. With countless millions of artists drawing daily with them amoung our culture. Other artists lacked the ensight of their actions and didn't see the big picture of this New American Folk Art as a World Class Art Movement. Their art reflected this same thought pattern over all.
Ball Point Pen Art introduces past art, several art programs, the most detailed line in art history and multi-colored oil-based inks. Yellow is now one of those multi-colored pens or inks. Colorist are turned away from any medium if not done in color. Today Ball Point Pen Art is displaying works of many colors and subjects.
It's amazing being the Founder of a New Art Medium along with being an American Folk Artists. Looking back to 1968 when it all began and everything I learned from then till now comes with it. Other BallPoint Pen artists are popping up along the years here on the Web. I love producing Ball Point Pen Art history from the chair in my office, amen. Life has become so much easier and comforting. Anyway we here at Ball Point Pen Art will march down the halls of Art history following our 10 Point Program of development. We are extremly joyful of this wonderful art program and will slave away building it daily.
