I have 2 Ben Checkley original watercolor paintings. I have never heard of him and cannot find any information on this artist. They are the most beautiful paintings. They are of 2 famous historical New York buildings and both are signed and dated 1956. One is of the "Old Staten Island Ferry Building" and the other is of the "Pennsylvania Railroad Depot Hudson River, NY. If anyone has any information on these or the artist please let me know or post it. Thanks.
