Do you know what the name of this print is by Marc Chagall and time line? This print is unusual because the reverse back of the print has a mosaic of colors painted (PRINTED) on it. The back looks as though a large work was started on it and the artist changed their mind (didn't like it) cut the original down into four pieces and did this work on the opposite side. I am looking for help, as my knowledge level is minimal on determining whether a piece of artwork is an original or a reproduction. I can see brush strokes in it and the borders are uneven, if that indicates anything; the backside is what has me puzzled. I purchased it at a church sale and am very curious. If you can help me with the print name, I can do further research on the net, all help is appreciated! Thanks Bonnie (just in case this html tag does not work for the pic's you can view them at:http://members.aol.com/bcampeau88/frtchagall.jpg and http://members.aol.com.bcampeau88/bckchagall.jpg
