Hi everyone:
Please go to www.licweb.com/mnemonic to download a prospectus for Mnemonic, a
9/11 memorial exhibition to take place simultaneously on the web at
www.licweb.com/mnemonic and at the Atrium Gallery at LaGuardia Community
College in Long Island City, NY, located two blocks from MoMA QNS. (This
file can be downloaded as an HTML file, a MS Word document or a PDF form.) I
had originally envisioned being able to send out uniform, prepared panels
to each participant but found it impossible to raise the necessary funding in
such a short time frame. This exhibition (both virtual and actual) will be
part of the much needed communal forum for both artists and the viewing
public. We welcome your participation, and feel free to pass this on to any
artists that might be interested.
