Our city park was wiped out by a microburst on June 28th. Our City and local Arts Council have come up with a wonderful idea. About 50 oak trees, most about 100 years old were destroyed. But they would like to use the stumps or bases of the trees for tree art. They have located an artist here in Kansas. But now we need to come up with some funding sources. Anyone have ideas?
