Linger long and lightly tonight
to tender finally the wind
The echoes of clouds cannot resonate
the timbre of fear within
For an epoch now flowers a promise of flight
yes, it hungers your eyes to see
In the shadow eyed tears, we find once again
the promise of how to be free
So, lurch no longer in a panic of black
nor languish the long tears drawn...
A friend to the friendless is risen within
as a feather that swims in the dawn...
