Good Morning to all from a real novice of this art collection. I was left several pieces and 2 I can't find any information for..If you can help me Please email me..The first one is an oil painting by Parker Williamson. From the Williamson Gallery of chicago. The oil is done on a type of board and is signed. We went as far as going through the art school there and even they were baffled. There is documentation on the back and we believe the painting is before 1875.(from the art institute). The scene is looking through the dark trees to a mountain with a waterfall flowing down. The detail is amazing and with a magnifying glass you can find small animals in the dark grass. Very dark painting . Last, this is what is on the aged label on the back. "Williamson" original oil painting. This is a genuine Hand Painted Parker Williamson oil painting. Send for the illistrated catalog.
