As a result of a particular artist on our mailing list who seems to have some type of function to retrieve email addresses, KYSO Artworks Gallery, NYC would like to submit a formal apology to any and all contacts that may have received "spams" from other artists/and/or galleries.
Further action is being taken to prevent this from happening again.
As always, we are working long, hard hours to upload our new site and actions like this are unacceptable. Any and all artists/dealers/galleries who "SPAM" (send unsolicited emails) from our mailing list will be investigated legally.
To the art community: We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and are in the process of investigating the source.
