I am in the proccess of writing a business plan for an "URBAN ART GALLERY". I am looking for business plans from other galleries, that i can use as a basis for my business plan. The Gallery will be located in an Urban enviorment (ie. Harlem, Baltimore or Washington,DC). My plan is to feature emerging to newly established artist. My target audience is Young professionals who are buying real estate and need art, or those looking to start collecting art and are not ready to buy expensive pieces. The gallery will target those who can spend between $500 and $2500 for art.
