Buy-sellf: Lick the Window
January 30 - March 9, 2003
Showcasing fifteen young artists of the French collective Buy-sellf, whose inventive projects - from design to performance - are conceptually oriented, sharply witty and intended to inject the exceptional, the absurd and the poetic into everyday life.
A selection of pieces of art such as the "afghan flying carpet" by Lilian Bourgeat, "the still of Coca-Cola" by Frédéric Pradeau, a "tubular tennis table" by Laurent Perbos as well as videos and installations of Franck Eon, Gilles Goussin, Pierre Hourquet, Laurent Hart with "Cartonman", Clément de Gaulejac, Guillaume Poulain, Babeth Rambaud, Cécile Noguès, Corrado Morgana, Guillaume Pinard and its character "con-con", Delphine Zampetti and José Ramon Ais Larizgoitia that proposes "Camouflage Garden", a public art project for Atlanta.
