Dear Stained Glass Professional,
Hidden Valley Camp is an international children's camp that has an emphasis on creative and performing arts. We offer a variety of learning opportunities in addition to the arts fields. Our stained glass program is one of the most popular activity areas at Hidden Valley. We are looking for instructors who are excited about sharing their talents with highly motivated children ages 8-14 in a residential camp setting located in coastal Maine. Hidden Valley has four stained glass studios that are used for teaching as well as staff on their off time.
As an instructor in this area you would be guiding the campers in the design of their projects and their safety in their construction of their art pieces. We have the possibility of a non-cabin position available for our second session of camp for a stained glass professional. As the head instructor you would be a contact person between the counselor instructors who are also working in the studios and with the directors.
At Hidden Valley we have an on-site professional team of teachers who develop and organize our most popular activity blocks. Our dates this year are June 12 - August 22. We provide a salary, housing and great meals.
