I am selling an original painting by Margaret Keane. This is a rare un-published work of art given to Jack Paar, of the Tonight show, by Walter Keane. Early in Margaret’s career her husband Walter took credit for her paintings. Walter and Jack were close friends and this painting hung in Jacks home for many years. I purchased this painting from Mr. Paar over a year ago. It has been authenticated by Margaret and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. It shows a blond girl in a light blue dress holding a black cat. The background is a grey cityscape. The girl has a single tear coming from her right eye. The canvas size is 18 X 24 inches. It is in its original driftwood frame. The painting and frame are in excellent condition! There is a plaque on the bottom of the frame with the title "The Wanderer by Walter Keane".
