is there a book out there that would serve as a good reference for identifying signatures or list known artists? We visit local auctions, antique stores, and yard sales and we always see paintings but have no idea if the worth anything. We buy what we like, but would like to know if they have any true value. We have a couple small paintings with the name Conda, or Carda or something and I have not been able to find anything on this artist. Maybe they are a nobody, but I would still like to find a good reference guide or a website that list a bunch or artist.
