Chow referes to a certain hairy dog with a BLACK tongue, preforred in the south as an attack dog, and most dogs that can be obtained from the pound are a "Chow mix", whereas in the north-east, they are mostly "Lab mixes". I am not familiar with the rest of the U.S., but I am sure that every region has its own "Mix"
asshole, anyway.
