Leslie Emery was my Father's best friend, and was his mentor when he took up painting at age 50 (his style was similar to Leslie's). Leslie rarely allowed prints to be made of his works. I have a print of "This Is My Love," which he gave me several decades ago. I also have a print of another of his works, and an original piece. I think my father had the largest private collection of Leslie's original works (portraits and cathedral pieces, mostly).
What do you plan to do with the piece you found? Is it in good condition? I am interested in replacing my copy of "This Is My Love," as it is marred. Is yours available?
