Subject: Keith, please STOP already!
I told you, I played chess because I enjoyed the game. Don't you ever play a game or do something just because you like to? Why do you feel you always have to analyze something to death.I understand that you are very proud of your accomplishments,and you should be,but why do you feel that I should desire to know where I stand as an opponent? I don't CARE about how I rate or the statististics of the ratio of games played and wins and losses. Frankly, I don't even care how I am rated as an Artist nor the predictability of my success. I prefer to rely on results, and right now, I am not faring too well in the art world, so I guess I'll go back to chemistry. Art has always been my one true love. I do not paint very many pictures,thinking of how well they will sell. I come up with an idea and figure out how to make it work. Same with research. I love figuring out what I need to do to get a method to perform properly and accurately.We just don't feel the same about those issues. "I'm sorry,I am what I am " says Sam, I am. You are far more serious about ratings and appearances than I am. Doesn't make either person right or wrong, better or worse. But please DROP IT ALREADY.
