I have been around art all my life due to the fact that my father is an artist. I love art and especially enjoy visiting art shows and galleries. I have learned that an artist cannot get anywhere without promoting his work. My father has been painting since he was a young boy and studied art in Florence, Italy. He was accepted to study art at the Cecil-Graves studio in Italy. He is a realist portrait painter and I am currently representing him. Even though I am young (24 years old), I am very good at promoting his work. I currently live in Austin, Texas and I would like to assemble a portfolio of artists to represent. I will promote your artwork to numerous galleries and if they like what they see will usually display the work. If the artwork sells, I will receive a 15 % commision. If it does not sell, you owe me nothing. What I need from each artist is a resume and either pictures of your artwork (slides would work better because that is what most galleries prefer).
