What I hope is to create a web site for the contemporary spiritual artists (I didn't find any real spiritual artists group sites yet, on the net.. there are lot of fake and kitschy sites, if any one know about any real spiritual group artists site, please let me know...).
I want to create kind of virtual home, only for the visual spiritual art style.
What is spiritual art? hard to say... but This is how I can describe my creation process. I combed and always painted by instinct, sensitively and emotionally, sometimes the emotions are so intense that I have tears in the eyes...
When I analyze my process of creation, I realize that I often begin with an idea or Image guide line in my head, it can be a subject from actuality , an emotion, a feeling etc. Then, I prepare my background, textures, set of colors etc. that's a first contact with my canvas. By doing this, I mediate on my subject ( more by the spiritual emotion it bring me than by the sketch and research symbolic system). It does not come always easily; I create the pigments, erases, start again, rotate, change things, take retreat, redraws... That takes several hours or days before I have some satisfaction, I need a certain fusion with my canvas. Then with certain level of meditation, I become very concentrate and the image immerge out on the canvas, my ideas are transposed in symbols corresponding to the message which I want to deliver and has my vision of the world in it. I complete with my artistic values .when I finished, it's a feeling of release...
I don't know if it's kind of new style or just another version of something older but I feel that there isn't any good describing for my style, It's kind of symbolic art but it's more it's kind of surrealistic style but not just, it's kind of expressionism and fantasy but with this spiritual message. so I call it spiritualism. I can't find this category any where, so the most close is symbolism for me, yet for me it's kind of symbolic art but for the spiritual world.
So I'm in a search for this kind of artists. Hopefully when I will find more, I will create this new site, for the benefit of all of the artists of this style.
I all ready find some artists that I think will fit to this style and I am waiting for their responding.
I have a strong feeling that this can create a new artistic
movement, In my opinion we are here for say some thing, not just for make money or make nice decoration...
We aren't from the same place nor from the same background not from the same religious, may not so good in words or writing, but we don't need to write or say what we feel, we have another tool, a gift just for that, and it's in the universal language of art.
I believe that we must speak out and connect to others, where ever they are. give the message of the spiritual world.
The Internet is the perfect tool, that can help us to reach this goal.
So as I see it, the first step is to find as much as possible artists in this style. Then, create a page with one work of each artist on one subject that touch us all. After that, we can create more pages on other subjects. When we will have good number of pages on all kind of subjects. I'll create a new web site.
