Sure its a ghetto community now but in a 100 years or so the real estate values are sure to rise as more and more immigrants from Iraq seek affordable housing in area's next door to the rich. That's why you should all take advantage of the fabulous savings on all those wonderful paintings sold on the net for mere pennies and keep them in storage until the day when less knowledgable citizens try to "trade-up" their social status and hang some nifty pictures on their walls in a show of "hey look at me, I've got class!". Then you can sell them at a local immigrant flee market for inflated values and become one of the country's notable robber barons and discount art dealers.
