your work is much too good to sell for the pennies you get on ebay. That is what I've tried to get across to other artists. Al says he lets the market determine the prcie. He should rephrase that to ... he lets the Ebayers decide the value of his work. An actual art market... such as the ones you are used to selling in, command a MUCH higher sale value. Ebay is technically a market for art... but hardly made up of fine-art buyers... rather bargan buyers who are looking to fill a spot on the wall (for a low cost) rather than invest in an artist and his work.
Trust me... I want to find galleries that will take my work. I don't have the time with my baby at the moment... that and I don't have the time to create the numbers of paintings galleries would like to have.
