The only info I can add to your tidbit is that rumor has it Dillon used to attend a military academy. The merchant marine or coast guard or one of those boat driving ones; one can only Imagine why he left, teehee. Maybe he could be traced through records? My decree is the same, though...I would love for some light to be shed on this mystery genius...if he is so good, left the vandal be unvieled!!
