Recently, in cleaning out my parents attic, I came across a very old painting of a hunt scene. No one in the family seems to remember the paining. In cleaning this artwork, under the grim I found in the lower right hand corner (partly hidden under the frame), three circles. In the outer cicle are the letters T H E and I cannot read the rest because of the frame. On the back was old paper that was tattered on the bottom. I pulled it off and found a short bio on Frank Moss Bennett, the name of the art, and the number of issue #690 underneath. Any information on what the circles represent and the value of the art would be appreciated.
