There will always be those who smuggle things like ivory into the USA, and
how could it ever be stopped completely?
And through the years drugs have continued to flow into this country.
No president, Democrat or Republican, has ever succeeded in putting a stop to it.
What kind of road are we on?
Laws are passed by the millions...
