I notified Yahoo about it and sent a copy of it to some department of our government but evidently that didn't stop the scams, it probably got filed in the email wastebasket.
A former president (Carter) tried to reduce fraud in advertising but since then, no presidents seem to take it seriously, fraud in advertising has gotten worse every few years unfortunately. In fact, the way most of my U.S. presidents all claimed they would balance the budget if elected and then didn't I suspect they consider it normal advertising practices.
With Sudan as bad as it is I would think food or peace would be a better goal, although I don't know one country from another over there.
