I a agree with every single words you wrote.
For me there are 2 kind of art this days, it can be call decorative art and meaning art.
The first is the most popular and artist that do this kind of art, can make easy money with it, personally I simply can't do it, my soul just don't let me.
For me art is a form of language, it's away to express your deepest feelings and thoughts in universal way. one can argue from where this feelings and thoughts coming from and what influence them, but in my opinion as an artist, I just simply have to reflect them out to the open world, kind of channeling it to the public.
In this days when we have the internet tool, there is nothing more simple than that for reach large audience, with relatively small amount of money.
I create art not for make money, I create art from the need to say something scream or yell and show to any one that want to see where I think we are, what we are doing to each other and the nature, where we are going to with this attitude, why we have to take care of each other and our little world, that become smaller and smaller each day.
We are living in a new era that some call the global village, this put as all responsible for all. I deeply believe that artists are the voice of the global soul for all human kind and have the duty to speak out and lead the world to be a better one.
